Today’s FULL BODY PYRAMID HIIT 👇🏻. Perform each exercise for 1 min in circuit.
Only rest once 4 minutes is up -> 6 minutes is up -> 8 mins -> 12 mins.
Absolute KILLER!

4 mins.
•X10 Climbers -> burpee.
•Side lunge -> squat jump.

6 mins.
•Push up -> plank jack •Run.

8 mins.
•Downdog crunch.
•X10 High knees -> squat jump.
•Tricep push ups.
•Side skis.

12 mins.
•Bench alt knee ups.
•Walk out spider plank.
•Crab walk.
•Broad jump burpee.
