drewmichaelnyc_fit I train hard and work hard for myself because I love the fitness lifestyle. But I make these fitness videos because I really love what I do. I'm passionate about fitness and teaching and inspiring others to get healthy and fit. I get paid to inspire and motivate my clients every day, so in my mind I better not only talk the part and have the knowledge- but look the part as well.
Basically what you see is what you get.

Here is today's #killer #workout, a challenging #circuit of 245 lb #deadlifts for overall #conditioning and #strength, adding in shrugs after each rep to finish off my traps... Then #working the calves with heavy standing calf raises and ending the circuit with side to side leg raises to hit the lower #abs and #obliques - followed by some #intense #super high thru the roof #kicks.
