해독주스, 맥반석 계란 흰자 2개, 바나나 1개, 사과 반개, 키위 1개! 사진에는 안 나왔지만 삶은 검은 콩 조금이랑 군고구마 반개까지 어엄청 배부르게 먹었다.

달콤한 식사가 끝나고 출근😟 오늘은 밤 늦게까지 일이 꽉꽉 차있어 저녁 운동을 못갈 것 같당. 그래도 오늘 지나면 마음 졸일 일은 한두개 빼고는 대부분 끝!

헬요일이지만 상쾌하게 한 주 시작! 이번주 나의 다짐은 통밀빵 사지도 먹지도 않기. 매주 일요일 헬스 끝나고 돌아오는 길을 통밀빵 사오는 날로 정했는데 늘 월요일까지 빵이 남아있어 손이 가는 게 문제.
