reezy_t So I did 29hour fast yesterday, just to see how long I could go without food and get ride of the last bit of fat.

Got a new plan, no more cardio, more carbs and more calories from now on to get down to single digit bf %. Had all kinds of veins at the gym today from the carbs after the 29hour fast

reezy_t Yesterday I ate around 400g carbs, woke up and guess what? Down almost another 0.5lbs from yesterday which suprises me, but hey I don't mind that at all I will soon have a refeed-day cuz I still look flat after eating 400g carbs 1w

reezy_t Had my refeed yesterday, ate probably over 1000g of carbs, so retaining quite a bit of water but I'm pretty sure im back on track tomorrow, had amazing workout today tho, lots of energy 3d

reezy_t Still holding some water and fat around my lower abs, this is the last stubborn fat that is so hard to get rid off, but as long as your body have no other place to get energy source from, they will eventually burn off.

Just gotta be patient, keep dieting hard and lifting heavy
