As I was talking to man the other day about fitness and nutrition he said something that really hit home with me ( & not it a good way) he said “Well I used to lift heavy and now I don’t lift as heavy anymore, I know you don’t understand because your a girl but...” & he continued talking. Before he could even finish his sentence I was doing everything in my power not to jump him right then and there.
To all the men out there who are doubtful of women. Please stop, just because we are a different gender does not mean we are not as strong, as fast, as muscular , as athletic or intelligent as men . WOMEN! Stop putting this pre conceived notion that you can’t have muscle, and your not as athletic, strong, fast, intelligent etc. We as people need to stop having these ideas because we’re a different gender, race ethnicity we are more superior to others. That couldn’t be anymore further from the truth. Yes everyone is different shapes and sizes, everyone is talented at different thing. But do not doubt a women’s strength just because she is a women. Do not stereo type someone based on race or ethnicity. Do not judge or make anyone feel inferior based off of your insecurities. Instead get your butt in the gym & work HARDER!!!

My nutrition got away from me for a little while but with the help of @macrostax and the support from @coronatoscleancuisine I have made what I think to be pretty good progress in three weeks! I’ve made sure to leave room in my macros for some of my favorite treats because I want this to be sustainable. I am not into crash diets that make you hate your life. So if that means my progress is slower, that’s okay with me. I’ve lost a total of 1” on my muffin top, which totally excites me. Thank you to @sportspecificpower for all the modified workouts to keep me in the gym during my injuries. And a huge shout to @aguycalledkwes for motivating me to start keeping track again with his own amazing progress ! I learned so much from @beyondmacros and it’s because of them I felt ready to do this without a coach. It’s only been three weeks, but I’m hoping to continue on this path. (And keep my power belly but just shrink it a little you know?!)

Only just posting this because i dont have anything else to post but i want to update yall on some shit, as most of you know some cunts tried to jump me last week but they weren't successfull so i only have a cut on my lip, the cut was deep it affected the inside like i cant eat anything i have wounds on the inside, coz i was hit with a stop sign lol who even does that. This annoys me as i havent been eating shit while i have a show in legit 3weeks. I cant train either because with the aggression i train with i felt like blood was gonna pop out the stitches i have on my lips. Already lost 2kg from Saturday but hopefully its just water weight. Who think i can be ready in 3 weeks if i start again on friday?

Also which way should i do this pose? 1 or 2?

Nach meiner 3 monatigen Tattoopause und mieser Ernährung habe ich mir vorgenommen, den inneren Schweinehund zu überwinden. Bin nun skinnyfat as fuuaark xD 😅 Mit meinem neuen Kraftprogramm versuche ich die 130kg im Maximalversuch in April im Bankdrücken zu knacken. Angefangen mit 77,5kg bin ich nach knapp einen Monat wieder bei 100kg angekommen. Verdanken habe ich das vorallem den Memoryeffekt als auch meine neue Trainingsmethode. Das Ziel ist es bis April so viel Kraft wie möglich aufzubauen, bevor die Definitionsphase wieder startet. --------------------------------------------------------------
