Sometimes when I change out of gym clothes I feel like a different person all together 😂 but I love wearing my beat up converse and sweaty t-shirts just as much as I love heels and fancy clothes #gwpldoboth

5x5 tonight which is abt ±40% of my 1RM.in this case i dont talk abt how much weight i lift,but just try to fix my hips mobility,proper form that i already learned from many pros out there.
still need hardwork to make my hips stronger,probably need make a stance wider then i can lower my hips while on start form?,and also dont forget to make a back straight,engaging scapula,chest up,heels on the ground and toes pararel with knees. #ah.. i know why this damn exercise named deadlift 😂 "in conclusion NEITHER ONE 'HARDER' THAN THE ORDER"
if sumo were truly easier why are so many world record deadlift done with conventional ? 'everyday i learn i love i lift ' .

Motivate yourself. Write down your goals, then crush them. Although it would be great to have someone else pushing you to reach your goals 24/7, that’s not going to happen.
Be your own motivation.
At the end of the day, it’s up to you to keep yourself motivated. .
