Recruiters have officially become the lowest form of life on Earth in my eyes. Two weeks ago I had a recruiter call me that obviously never looked at my resume, and wasted our time. Anyone else have funny stories to share?

Aprovechá el finde que tenemos más tiempo para planificar y organizar tu alimentación de la semana.
• Cociné garbanzos de @vitamarketok con alga kumbu
y muchas veces suele haber rechazo por las legumbres por sus efectos colaterales y esto se debe a su contenido de verbascosa y estaquiosa y para eso hay dos soluciones, cocinarlas con este alga y como diría @francisholway entrenar la tripa, incorporandolas a tus platos ya que son una excelente fuente de hidratos de carbono y de proteínas vegetales. • Dato: tiene efecto en la comida posterior a su ingesta, si comes chatarra (carbograsas, entre otros) atenúa la curva de la glucemia 😉
👉🏻 Completé mi plato con vegetales cocidos y proteínas de alto valor biológico ( merluza a la plancha + 1 huevo ) y por último 1 🥄 de un nuevo aceite de oliva que tenemos en vita que la rompe, no te olvides de tu fuente de ácidos grasos en tus comidas. 🙌🏻A disfrutar el finde largo 🙌🏻
