carolehealthy "Accident" de vélo j'ai pris l'habitude d'aller chez ma mère en vélo le dimanche matin (16,5 km aller-retour, bourré de cotes) sauf que la au bout d'1km200 je perds une pédale ! je suis super dégoûtée je rentre a pied le vélo à côté... heureusement que ça m'est arrivée assez tôt dans le parcours ! bon et bien on va y aller en voiture ! Je ferai un hiit cet aprem je pense ! Bonne journée à vous en espérant qu'il ne vous arrive pas de malheur .
