Arm day working on biceps and triceps (my weakest area) and woke up late so didn’t get to add in my cardio today! My arms are like jello and shaking... I pushed myself with the weights but only enough to keep proper form!
This is a very important topic to cover when it comes to getting the most out of your workouts/training sessions.
.
1. Most of the guys in the gym don't care about the exercise and are just obsessed with lifting heavy which restricts the proper movement involved to really target those muscle groups and help them grow. Don't do this mistake and always go for the full range of motion. This is seriously important.
.
2. Technique is an important aspect involved in each and every exercise and if not done correctly can lead to injuries and we don't want that. Knowing the basics, mastering the technique and perfecting the form will allow you to really engage those muscles you are trying to target and will help you in getting the proper strength, definition and mass to the muscles you're targeting.
.
3. Now as you're getting the technique right, you'll be able to get to the progressions easily and that's what this point is all concerned about. As you master the technique, gradually you're able to lift heavier weights and hence increasing the overall performance in your workouts/training sessions.
.
4. Another way you can enhance your workouts is by increasing the intensity, there are many ways to do it. Two of the primary ones are:
A. By doing more sets and reps as mentioned in the previous point.
B. By reducing the rest intervals in between your sets.
.
5. The last but not the least, keep your mobile phones aside while training. Seriously, there are a lot of people in the gym who go for a workout, use their phones while resting and spend hours wasting their time on their mobile devices. You shouldn't be one of them. This is seriously, really, actually, and honestly very very important. .
Remember all of these points and make your workout awesome.

4. Once you're in triple flexion with opposite side, unlock knee, return to a locked position, and perform a heel raise.
5. This will put you in triple extension (hip extension, knee extension, and ankle plantarflexion).
6. Repeat for 3 sets of 5-8 repetitions.

Key for squats: 💪🏻💥 Tight back, big breath, hips back to load hamstrings, drive knees out as u go down and back up to engage glutes and to maintain safe knee travel. And hit parallel! The tighter you can make your entire body, the lighter the weight will feel on your back💪🏻
