Breakfast for the kiddos. If your kids are like mine getting them to eat veggies or anything healthy is a little difficult. One of our favorites at our house are “Hulk Pancakes” (I have a 3 1/2 year old). Super easy to make, mix some Kodiak cake mix (from costco) @kodiakcakes @costco with a couple of handfuls of some spinach, and kale, mix it up in the blender with some milk, and grill it up. I also like to throw in some cottage cheese to add some extra protein. They are quite delicious and my kids eat them up. .

Our next top tip is for all the Ladies out there. How heavy is your handbag? If you haven’t seen the bottom of your handbag in months- it’s time to lighten the load on your shoulder. Even better, a backpack will distribute the load across both shoulders.
So today we learned how to treat someone who has sinus congestion. Basically a special balloon gets shoved up your nose is inflated quickly, then deflated then you pull it out. Believe me this was.... hmmmm.... UNCOMFORTABLE!!! But afterwards I could breath amazingly! If you feel like you are getting a little congested during these winter months go see your chiropractor and ask them for this. .

Tfw your profession slowly continues to kill itself by over emphasizing passive modalities and treatments vs education and active therapy. If it was up to me ultrasound wouldn’t even be in clinics, spend 10 extra minutes doing something skilled. Ultrasound is passive and is no better than placebo, and it ties you to a patient for at least 10 minutes moving a wand that works as well when it’s on as when it’s off #strengthinevidence
