Quand tu te prend au jeux 😂. "Une femme trop muscler cest moche". " pourquoi tous sa alors que Quand tu va vieillir Sa sera tous moue". " Tu doit pas profiter à re priver ainsi" . " Tu na pas de vie social". "Tu ressemble à un homme". " les hommes aimes les formes pas les tablettes de chocolats". "Tu te prive trop, tu fera Comment quand tu aura des enfants". "Ou encore tu prend dès protéine tu sais que c'est super mauvais". Et j'en passe dès meilleur😌, qui n'a pas été confronter à se type de réflexion qui souvent son tres mal placer❌ et encore plus dite par dès personne qui nie connaisse vraiment rien☝🏼 et ne pratique pas de sport😱. Dans toute discipline il y a des sacrifices pour atteindre des objectifs. Une personne m'a toujours dit n'oublie pas d'où tu vien souvient toi de se que tu étais avant et le chemin que tu à parcourue. Mais n'oublie surtout pas de rester modeste, ne prête pas attention au réflexion, tu fais Sa avant tous pour toi😘. Zaujímavé ako rýchlo sa vedia šíriť zlé reči...nehovorím kolkokrat a kde som sa pobil a za koho...je vás toľko, že by mi nestačili obe ruky, a ty to dobre vieš :) kedy som sa dostal často za vás do sračiek. Nikdy som nenechal kamarata v štichu a častokrát som to vyriešil skôr ako by malo k niečomu prísť. To medzi stebou šírite?:) Teraz sú z vás policajti, mamičkiny maznačikovia a hlavne PATKANI. Na poslednej party v Trenčíne prišiel Zamnou chalan z HC a hovorí mi, “Mišo si Popiči týpek a vážim si tvoju robotu, robíš to super. Rotator Cuff
Anatomy: The rotator cuff is a group of tendons and muscles in the shoulder, connecting the upper arm (humerus) to the #shoulder blade (scapula). The rotator cuff tendons provide stability 👉 (dynamic stability) to the shoulder & allow the shoulder to move in space 🌑 The muscles in the rotator cuff include:
1️⃣ Teres minor ext rotate the head of humerus 2️⃣ Infraspinatus ext rotate the head of humerus 3️⃣ #supraspinatus abduct the shoulder in The 1st 15📐 4️⃣ Subscapularis internally rotate the humerus. Each muscle of the rotator cuff inserts at the #scapula has a tendon that attaches to the humerus. Together, the tendons and other tissues form a cuff 🔄 around the humerus
Few things to remember ✅ 1️⃣ Infraspinatus could refer pain to shoulder #ac joint it's common muscle with #triggerpoints ⚡️ 2️⃣ If you working in office & using your💻& 📲 daily you will have a weak and tight Infraspinatus & that would maximize the chance of having T point 📌 3️⃣ If you working in the office 💻& 📲 and working out in the gym 💪 it's great ✌️ BUT 👉 I have many clients who focus on upper body specially anterior chain (chest & shoulders) and they end up with 🔄 rounded shoulders & #forward head 🙈 You might be surprised why I'm bringing this ⬆️ because as I said b4 our body work like a ⛓ when u have a rounded shoulders & forward head, the chances of rotator cuff injury will be increased ⛔️ If you wanna know why ? Research showed 🕵 with rounded shoulders our head of Humerus shift anteriorly & superiorly which if you knows #shoulder anatomy the tendon of long head of biceps & supraspinatus pass through the head of Humerus in to the shoulder's capsule & if humerus shift anteriorly & superiorly ⤴️ this structure could get pinched 😖 Rehabilitation 1️⃣ 1st thing you going to change is your gym program 💪 take it easy on chest and shoulders strengthening exercises 😀 2️⃣ start passively stretching the chest muscle👌 how ?
