Shopping, I go at leat 5x/week if not everyday. Reasons 1) crave the freshest things, 2) not the greatest plan-aheader, 3) food blog errands 4) Typically, would rather eat at home than out, 5) oh yeah, and we just plain consume A LOT. Glad to have found @365bywholefoods

Improve your scapular health, strengthen your rotator cuff, and learn to control your rib cage during overhead movement with this mini band overhead drill. 🤓 How to do it-jam your elbows into your rib cage and engaging your external rotators by trying to pull the band apart. Drive your elbows towards the wall to engage your serratus and begin to straighten your arms as you flex your shoulder. Exhale as you raise arms overhead to help fight thoracic extension; should feel it in your abs. Maintain tension on the band throughout the motion and continue to drive your hands away from each other to engage posterior cuff. 🔹If you do this right you’ll feel a giant burn through the shoulders and upper back. 👌🏻To be used as a shoulder warmup prior to pressing or as a shoulder burner after your workout. 🔥

The pump was so good I had to check it twice. .....
Ran the #maxhype shoulder and arm workout workout from the homies @chris_elkins and @christopher.barakat pretty legit as you can tell by the pump. Lots of volume just the way I like it definitely running it again. .......
Quick ab check never hurts anyone right? Woke up this morning at about 220lb and am sure most of it came from crushing a whole bag of Apple cinnamon rice cakes and half a box of Reeses Puffs. ......
