Full body workout

Equipment- Steps, dumbbells, mat

Targets all the major muscle groups in the body.. Perform exercise routine as follows:

Beginners: 4reps per exercise

Intermediate: 10-12 reps per exercise

Advance: 20-30 reps per exercise
(No breaks until you've completed all 7 exercises.) Single leg Step up into bicep curl
Squat into Arnold(shoulder)press
Bent over Row
Dumbbell flyes
Seated dips
Jack knives
Single leg toe touch(hand touch opposite toe)

Repeat 3-4 times with 30-60seconds break between sets.. Enjoy!☺️💪🏻
