Я готова признаваться этим кабачковым оладьям в любви каждый день 😻 они такие вкусные, даже не представляете, хотя можете попытаться, вот мой рецептик:
Что нужно?
- Кабачок средний (200 грамм)
- Яйцо
- Чеснок (2 зубчика)
- Мука (1,5-2 ст.л.)
- Сметана (без неё даже не пытайтесь их есть, БУДЕТ СОВСЕМ НЕ ТО)
Ккал на 100 грамм ~ 90 ккал
Что нужно делать?
Чистим кабачок, на терке трём и потом выжимаем всю жидкость. Добавляем яйцо, зелень, чеснок. Перемешиваем. Вводим муку и опять же хорошенько перемешиваем. Солим по вкусу (я люблю соленое, поэтому соли не жалею). Я жарила на а/п сковородке без масла, но вам советую все же жарить на масле, мне кажется так вкуснее 🤤

Confidence is an inside job. When I was younger I was the most shy & reserved child ever. I didn’t want to play with other kids and would creep around the corner and watch them. I feared not belonging
I continued to be shy and more reserved until I entered my Freshman year of High School. I lacked confidence. I lacked knowing who I was. I feared being ridiculed and rejected. I was always very hard on myself. I grew up a chubby little kid with glasses that envied the pretty & cool girls in school and was self conscious
When I was a Freshman I took public speaking, was deeply involved in sports, traveling for FFA (Future Farmers of America) and within 6 months I was a new person. I realized that me trying to fit in was where my confidence lacked. I was so concerned with being liked that it held me back from being myself
Once I embraced this, more doors opened for me. I began speaking up for what I wanted. Dressing what was my style and what I liked, doing things that made me feel good and have fun and not following the crowd. I began to make strong choices based on me. No one else
Confidence is within you. Only you can cultivate it. You can’t buy it and no one can give it to you and the truest form is comfort in knowing who you are. What you stand for and what you allow. What I learned in all of this in school is that the people I thought were the most confident, self assured people were often just putting on a front trying to fit in and be cool
Stay true to who you are and don’t fall in line with everyone else or the trends. That’s confidence by association. You don’t want that. You want the real deal and deep recognition of you. That’s confidence. That’s real.
