Never have I ever actually craved a salad. I have lots of respect for the people who do lol. But I had a lot of greens and tilapia in the fridge and I was able to make a pretty enjoyable salad! A super green mix of spinach, Swiss chard, tat soi, and arugula with cucumber and tomatoes all topped off with tilapia. The dressing is really simple - olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and Greek seasoning. .

The tastiest Burmese spaghetti squash and white bean chili made on the stovetop.
Serves 4-5
Ingredients for Spaghetti Squash
1 medium spaghetti squash Here’s how to Steam squash
(Use 4 cups of the steamed squash)
1 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup frozen green peas
¼ teaspoon turmeric
1 tablespoon tamari
lime wedges
fresh cilantro leaves
Ingredients for White Bean Chili
1 teaspoon olive oil
2 15-ounce can of white beans with liquid
2 teaspoon dried oregano
2 teaspoons chili powder
2-½ tablespoons tomato paste
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
and a little water ( ¼ cup)

SU ORDINAZIONE !! RICETTA
per il lievitino:
15 gr di lievito di birra,50 gr di acqua,1 cucchiaio di zucchero,30 gr di farina
sciogliere il lievito in acqua tiepida e aggiungere il resto , lasciar riposare per 30 min .
Noterete che si sarà gonfiato, aggiungerlo quindi a : 1 uovo, 80 gr di zucchero , 200 ml di acqua tiepida ( o latte se volete farlo con il latte) , 120 gr di olio di semi,500 gr di farina (250 manitoba/250 00) , 1 puntina di miele e una bustina di vanillina facoltative e le gocce di cioccolato aggiunte prima di aver ultimato tutta la farina.
lasciar lievitare per 2h fino al raddoppio del volume , stendere l’impasto e formare delle palline, lasciarle lievitare altri 30 min e spennellarle con il rosso di un uovo (facoltativo) . infornare a 180º in forno statico per 35/40 min finché non diventano ben dorati .
