Breakfast is by far my favourite meal of the day🙌🏻.... but lunch & dinner & snack time is right up there too!! And why would you want to diet when you can just have yummy healthy food?? Protein pancakes, with a a bit of Greek yogurt, raw honey and homemade granola.
Pancakes:
2 eggs
1 banana
1/4 cup oats (optional)
vanilla complete powder (plant protein - optional)

Cardio Flow! This workout is HIIT on steroids!! Holy hamstrings, that felt freaking GOOD!! Those forward backward jump squats... really get your heart rate GOING!! Just finished week 1 of Phase 1. Torta de tumbo 🍰🔝♥️
👩🏻‍🍳👉🏻Mezcla 100 gramos de harina de avena, 2 cucharadas de coco rallado, 2 cucharadas de linaza molida (Opcional), extracto de tumbo, 2 huevos, 100 gr de claras, 1 cucharilla de bicarbonato, 1 cucharada de vinagre blanco y stevia. Hornea o cocínalo en una sartén con tapa (para mí es más práctico).
🍦👉🏻 Glaseado: mezcla 1/2 taza de yogurt griego + 1/4 de taza de extracto de tumbo + Stevia y mezcla hasta que quede muy cremoso. Poner entre capas y encima hasta cubrir todo.
🍯👉🏻Mermelada: cocina la pulpa de 2 tumbos con un chorrito de agua y Stevia en el microondas por 4 minutos o hasta que quede espesa.

What am i going to do for myself? Good question. If you missed the lead up, see the last 2 posts where i talk about my case and show my results. 👀

First, like I’ve said, my diet and exercise and hydration are pretty good so my base of “treat the cause” is happy there. 🙌
.
Second, my wind down routine at night is very much about wearing blue light blocking glasses, i change my background of my iPhone to red at night, i drink sleepy type tea and i usually read, talk to my husband and do my gratitude journal. BUT falling asleep isn’t my issue. Staying asleep is. I’ve tried lots of cortisol lowering things but i don’t think on a high enough dose so I’m going to do Phosphatidyl Serine coupled with lavender gelcaps i just got at this conference from the company NFH (they don’t have phos serine). I also think blood sugar plays a role so I’m experimenting with eating a healthy protein/fat mix before bed as a snack and slept better last night when i did this! 🙂

Third, time to get me ovulating! Love chaste tree berry (vitex agnus castus), P5P (active Vitamin B6), and i decided to do sublingual progesterone the luteal phase of this cycle as a band aid and see how i would feel. I’m also now consistently taking my omega 3’s and some antioxidants. 😋
.
Fourth, he doesn’t know it yet but I’m going to beg my good friend, @dr.ralphesposito to run my genetics through Opus 23 and help me better understand the estrogen detox stuff. I did this about 2 years ago when i was new to genetics and felt overwhelmed. I’m much more studied and understand it so much better now but it’s helpful to have an expert walk you through it. Then i can get more specific with my phase 2 detox. 😃

I forgot to mention it but my iron, D and thyroid are ok as are my cholesterol markers and hemoglobin A1c. 🤓

I also admit i work a lot and have a big job but i love what i do! However, i know self care is super important and am working on that as well. Balance, right? 🤪
