The day everyone starts a diet... The day everyone trains hard at the gym... The day everyone has a fresh start... Who actually designed a week? Why is Monday the start of a week? Why is it when I spell Wednesday I say Wed Nes Day?... So many questions and so little time

Anyways quick post weekened body review, I have spent so much time hitting diets, stressing out and restricting myself from having fun to get 'shredded'. To be honest them food obssessions got the better of me but I have now proved to myself smashing down a KFC double down burger on the weekend aint going to make me fat... You just have to find that balancr! For the record they're damm tasty, get your ass to KFC

my favorite way to get lots o veggies in my diet is to roast them at 450F for 20 minutes. I spray them with cooking spray and season them with salt, pepper, and garlic and pop them in the ovenarooni. depending on my mood and what country I feel like visiting, I’ll add a combo of spices 🍃🍂🌱

- prunes jogurt - 285 g,
- nesquik cocoa powder - 29 g,
- milk 3.2% fat - 206 g,
- beef broth - 165 g,
- linseed oil - 8 g.
And I've burnt 🔥106 kcal.
