1-Pot Kale Sweet Potato Curry 🍛🌶🌱 Rice has always been a hugee part of my diet even before I started paying attention to what I eat. I typically eat foods that are very high in carbohydrates as I’ve found that I feel most satisfied afterwards and don’t feel any cravings for sugary or processed foods. Since every cell in our body runs off glucose during respiration, it makes sense to me to fuel our cells with what they use to make energy. I’m certainly not an expert or a qualified nutritionist but I’ve noticed a general fear of carbs and I think it’s important for us to not fear a certain food group, even if you don’t agree that they are necessarily good for us. It’s important to me to eat a large variety of plant-based foods to gain all the nutrients my body needs.

If you also take a look at the longest surviving cultures and the countries with the highest rates of health, such as China and Japan, they typically have diets that are high in rice and other starchy foods, and low in animal protein. -

I’ve been doing a lot of carb intake; rice cakes with peanut butter and cinnamon powder, chocolate milk to wash it down, granola cereal; to assist in the bulking process for the UFE Pro Qualifier in June where I enter the Men’s Physique category. Much like any of my past competitions that I’ve done, I’ll be going on stage with nothing less than confidence and a positive attitude! Win or lose, I’ll be walking on and off the stage with my head held high!

Ako se na to doda prednost mini galete, zbog nepraktičnosti velike (hajde, sigurno vam se dogodilo da zagrizete galetun i ona se toliko raspadne u delove, da jedino što vam ostane su deo u zubima i medju prstima, a ostalo završina podu).
Ukus kisela pavlaka i crni luk, sa dodatkom himalajske soli, za nas koji se vikendom ne ljubimo, nego radimo 😉
