So excited to finally start on our 2nd floor bathroom this week! The back wall of the shower where all the handles are leaks like crazy when you turn it on so it has been out of use since we moved in. We are going to completely gut this room - as we have discovered the previous owners never wanted to spend much money to fix problems. When we removed the panel to expose all the pipes to see what was leaking we found their “fix” for the leaking. They placed thick plastic down and then old rags to soak up the water! Hopefully we can salvage some of the subway tiles when we demo because I hate to see them go to waste! A snippet into my personal shoulder health program with some 16kg KB windmills ft. A cheeky @ashleighelaw making my Instagram about 10 x less attractive... How absolutely dare you Ashleigh.

A video is in the works of why I developed this correctives approach using tools from the @functionalmvmt program and some of my own little hidden gems, how I work on progressing the movements, and how I select load - hint: it's all auto regulated, and it works optimally that way.

Note: it only works if you take onus of your weaknesses and genuinely care about getting to know the ins and outs of why your body is where it is, and what you need to do to get it where you want it. A weakness stays a weakness the longer you make excuses for it.

Own that shit, be better. #done
