Ups and downs, round-abouts, two steps forward, one step back. As long as we are moving onward and upward, it’s the right direction. One of the really common questions my glorious patients ask (just about everyday in clinic) is “How long will this take”? It is such a difficult question, it’s like asking “How long is a piece of string”
What we really want to see is change. Something to change, improve, feel different. Ideally something should change within 3 weeks, with significant difference in 6 weeks.
Be patient with yourself, your body, your mind. We all need time to adjust, time to reset, restore, regenerate. Dedication, persistence, consistency and we will achieve.

Exercising at lunch allows you to get out of the office and stretch your body. It's always good to be prepared and keep a spare set of sportswear at work.

Beautiful waiting room.

Tired in the morning? Hard to get up? Or even feeling sadness...... Why is that??? Those problems may due to Yang energy could not rise up on time.
If you are do not feel good due to restless once a while, try to get up on time and doing something, you will feel better after, remember take a nap in noon time to get your energy recharge.
If you are always feeling not good in the morning, it is the time to find way out.
