ARE YOU REALLY HUNGRY?
Here's a tip for you that I use when determining whether or not I should eat. Think of a meal that you would like to eat that's healthy when you're hungry. Some examples of mine for instance would be some type of meat and sautéed vegetables, or eggs with spinach and tomatoes with a little low fat cheese on top. If either of those things sounds good to me and I really wanna eat one or the other, then I know I'm hungry and I'll eat something healthy. Much of the time when you think you're hungry, it's actually just a sign that you're thirsty. OR that you ate something high glycemic earlier in the day or the night before that has set you up for cravings. So if your healthy meal choice doesn't appeal to you then drink a big glass of water and wait it out until you actually need to eat.
