magic_kitchen1 Basil Pesto, I like this basil pesto because it is neither too heavy with oil nor too creamy with cream cheese. Thank you #classyrecipes for this very good recipe
Ingredients:
3 cups(60g) basil leaves blanched for 5 seconds for lively color
1/2 cup(15g) parsley leaves
3 tbs pine nuts roasted
1/3 cup parmesan
1 clove big or 2 small cloves of garlic minced
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2cup(120ml) extra virgin olive oil(You can add 6 tbs and add remaining 2 tbs if necessary)
Salt and pepper
Method:
Blanch the basil in boiling water for 5 seconds transfering them immediatelly to cold water to prevent after cooking. Take them out to paper towel after 10 seconds. This is for a beautifull green color. Roast your pine nuts on a cooking pan carefully, don't burn them. In the food processor first put basil,parsley, minced garlic, pine nuts and parmesan and process. Add in the lemon juice, salt, pepper and process scraping down the sides. Pour 6 tbs of the olive oil and process. Add in the remaining olive oil if the sauce is not well pureed and some more salt and pepper if necessary. Store in a jar in the fridge for at least a week.

Tarif:
Kaynayan suda fesleğen yapraklarını 5 saniye blanş edip hemen soğuk suya çıkarınız. 10 saniye sonra kağıt havluya çıkarınız(güzel bir yeşil renk için yapıyoruz). Dolmalık fıstıkları tavada kavurun, dikkat edin yanmasınlar. Robotunuza önce fesleğen, maydanoz, sıkılmış sarımsak, fıstık, parmezanı koyup çekiniz. Ингредиенты: ‪#‎списокпокупок‬ - 500 г клубники, - 3/4 ст сахара, - 1 ч л лаймового сока, - 100 мл розового вина.
Смешать в чашке нарезанную клубнику, сахар и вино. Оставить настаиваться минут на 30 при комнатной температуре, периодически помешивая. Переложить все в чашу блендера, добавить сок лайма или лимона. Взбить до однородного состояния. Можно протереть через сито, чтоб избавиться от косточек, тогда получится просто идеально, но мне было лень. Переложить в контейнер, и в морозилку. Мешать, как при приготовлении мороженого не обязательно. Если есть мороженица, можно залить массу в нее. Оставить в морозилке до полного застывания.
