Through my 3 and something years of yoga I haven't been always practicing .. actually I had months and months several breaks and no real yoga practice and jumped around from thing to thing.. wondered around what I want in life what I want to be in my life ...now after the years I feel like I truly found my consistency and passion for it that stays with me ...it took me years to find the believe and passion to deepen my practice and to focus more on it .. I know what benefits I get through my practice and I know what it is without it...and I can say .. without it , it is impossible .. yoga is life and part of me now..and I am so excited and happy to keep on growing and learning and sharing it with others ❤️🙏

Transformation Tuesday!

This was my deal breaker. Everyone has one, and this was mine.
I knew this one posture would demand from me more commitment, patience, tenacity and loving kindness than any other I’d ever encountered. It requires me to be fully present, super aware and willing. So lets just say, we’ve spent some time together and had the chance to really get to know each other. The good news is, our journey has been far from boring. Exciting, even. But first, I just needed it to not hurt physically, at least. I learned so much about the anatomy of this asana. Still learning and I still have a long way to go. Some might think or say, you’re there, or “you got it” but in yoga there’s no “there” you just keep going and going. Never stop learning. ☝🏽
