This month was hella productive in the inches lost category. In 21 days, I've lost 3lbs and some inches:
Inches lost:
Chest: 41.5 ▶ 40
Waist: 37.5 ▶ 36.5
Hips: 36.5 ▶ 36.25
Thighs: 28 ▶ 27.5
Calves: 16.5 ▶ 16.25

3.5 inches total in 21 days. I'll take it! 💪

The macro/calories adjustment I made is working swimmingly, I'd say. 💕

Woooooooof 4 moves for a bomb upper body circuit... and just a smidgen of abs 😬 all you need is a barbell, you can even do this without the bench. Add this circuit to your next arm, shoulder or upper body day

1️⃣ 12 skullcrushers

2️⃣ 10 weighted tuck ins | lower abs will be crying

3️⃣ 12 wise grip press

4️⃣ 10 rear delt raise

Rest after completing entire circuit and repeat for 3 sets!

Don’t give up just because of what someone said, use that as motivation to push harder!

Workout tip of the day: treadmill squat and walking lunges.
Make sure you start out slow, look down and watch your steps.
Do each exercise about 1-2 minutes.
6 sets each, rest about 30 seconds in between.
Speed .05 to 1.0
Incline 4 to 5
