Give it a try and make sure your really pushing yourself with the weight you use so your only just managing to squuuuueeeeeeze out the final reps on each set 💪🏼💪🏼

Cable/crossover chest flyes are mechanically harder than they look, and a common mistake I find myself and others doing!! ⚠
.
🔹 place Cables on high pulley with desired weight
🔹grab each handle with printed grip, step forward to create tension at maximum range (slightly past shoulders)
🔹lean forward into staggered position, keep back straight
🔹pull arms together in front of you, imagine driving from the biceps trying to touch one another
🔹keep arms straight with a slight bend on elbows to prevent bicep tendon stress
🔹breath in, extend arms to the side until you feel a stretch at your chest
🔹breath out & extend arms back to starting position to complete 1 repetition

Last week I trained chest for the very first time in my entire life & I loved it 😍 The pump was honestly unbelievable!
Here were some exercises I did during my chest and arms session:
•Bench Press 10reps x 3sets
•Inclined Bench Press 10reps x 3sets
•Bench Press on ball 10reps x 3sets (So good for the core as well!)
•Dumbell Flyes 10reps x 3sets
•Bicep curls 12reps x 3sets (Keep elbows in)
•Mid Cable Flyes 10reps x 3sets

MAKING MUSCLE GAINS WHILST FAT LOSS IS POSSIBLE. 💪🏾🔥. A common misconception is that you can either bulk or cut and not do both, thats bullshit, I have dropped a lot of body fat whilst making muscle and strength gains.
