Create the future you want. Getting motivated isn’t always easy, I don’t wake up ready to conquer every single day, just being real. It takes DEDICATION first and foremost. I’m dedicated to being motivated because I know when I’m motivated I pursue my goals and if I don’t pursue my goals I’m not Happy. 💥💥💥💥 DEDICATION WILL OUT LAST MOTIVATION EVERY TIME! 🙌🏼 I keep myself motivated and that starts with my mind. I’m DEDICATED to listening to a positive YouTube video, or podcast while getting ready for my day. IM DEDICATED to reading scripture every morning, and listening to a good sermon on something I’m struggling with in my car on the way to work. ❤️❤️💥I’m DEDICATED to learning. Every single day. I teach myself something I didn’t know. 😀😀😀 IM DEDICATED to reading and listening to motivating material, surrounding myself with positive and motivated people with the same mindset. 💥💥💥 I’m human, like you. Like we all are 🌎 🗺
But I’m dedicated to spending everyday of my life being better. My why? My daughter. ❤️ #findyourwhy #dedicated #dedication #motivated #motivation #lifestyle #lifequotes #lifemotivation #beyourself #beyourbest #dotourbest #faith #spiritual #mentalhealth #mindset #fitfam #fitmom #lifestyleblogger
Today I turn 37 and I wanted to express my gratitude to some people who helped become who I am today!
1. My mother- the school system sat her down and told I had a learning disability and would struggle with this whole of my life. My mother never listened and she sat me down one day and explained my entire astrological birth chart to me, explaining in details why it was written in stars that I would be successful when I grew up.
2. My father - taught me about life through the game of baseball. While other kids got to go play, my father made me practice baseball. He showed me if you want to play at a high level when the light are on, you put in the work while no one is watching, he taught me blue collar hard work that still is one of the underlining factors to my success today.
3. Mr. McClure- my 6th teacher was the first person outside of my parents I ever heard say I was smart. To this point everyone had label me with a learning disability. He told my mother “Willy is extremely intelligent we just need to challenge him, he is bored by simple things it needs to be challenging to get him to focus.” I still believe this to this day, why? Because he said it, Mr. McClure would never lie.
4. Tony- took me under his wing at 18 and showed me how business was done and believed in me even when everyone told him I was to young! He always treated like a grown man from 18 and never let me make excuses he expected the best from and taught to expect the best from my self! 💵💵
5. Dawn - my meditation teacher I met at one of my lowest moments in life after allot of success and loosing it all I was a lost soul searching for a purpose. Dawn taught me to mediate and center myself and I still carry this mantra with me today, for 17 years when ever I need to center myself it’s there
6. I met Kelly when I was fat out shape and coming out my 20’s and party life into my 30’s looking to change my life. He taught me about proteins, complex carbs, HIIT and all of the healthy stuff. But it was time spent in the gym pushing me to the point of failure that he taught to change the way I viewed failure. “On other side failure is where the magic happens, it’s where growth happens”
