Ich hatte heute einen wunderschönen Tag mit meiner Großen (knapp 2 1/2)!!! Mein Mann und ich haben uns heute die Kids aufgeteilt! Jedes hatte somit 100% Aufmerksamkeit! Das tut allen gut!! Es war wunderbar, wir waren bei Ikea, auf den Spielplatz, Pizza essen, nochmal Spielplatz und in dem Kindercafé was ihr auf dem Foto seht!! Super Café!!! Wegen sowas vermiss ich die Großstadt manchmal!
Ich hab heute nicht gezählt weil ich wenn ich mit meiner Maus unterwegs bin nicht ständig aufs Handy gucken will wegen Kalorien berechnen, Alternativen berechnen, ihre Reste nicht aufessen können etc.! Ich hab ordentlich zugeschlagen und jetzt gehe ich noch auf einen Geburtstag mit 🍻! Defizit wird knapp....aber das ist mir heute total egal!!! ✌✌✌ Schönes Wochenende euch allen!!!😘😘😘

After work apple-buying spree. In other news, someone kindly gifted me three months worth of Weight Watchers, so I’m gonna do it. For three months I’m actually going to track my food and work the system. In addition to my workouts of course. It’s all about consistency and I’m going to be consistent for three months and see what happens.

😖So, you jump on the scales and you have gained weight!  For anyone on a fat loss journey, that’s not going to create a feeling of success or happiness!

🤬9 times out of 10, because of this, people question/doubt what they have been doing and, in really bad circumstances, the emotions are so intense it causes self-sabotage and binging.  This definitely ISN’T FINE, and I will do my best to try and reverse that process from ever happening to you.

👌Here’s some DO’s and DON’T’s when it comes to weighing yourself.

✅DO weigh yourself…

🕤At the same time every day (ideally first thing)
👙Making sure you are in your underwear
⚖️Using the same scales

❎DON’T weigh yourself…
-
😋After eating
🍚After a heavy carb meal or night out
🏃🏻‍♂️Post exercise
💦After drinking a shed load
😯If you are constipated or suffering from diarrhoea
😩If you are experiencing swelling
🙋🏻‍♀️If you are on your menstrual cycle
🤧Are very poorly

❎I have had this conversation with so many people and, in almost every circumstance, they have weighed themselves after doing one of those DON’TS!  So, if you have just done this, then forget about what it says on those scales please.

🤔Once you think carefully about what happened prior to jumping on the scales, you will realise there is no problem.  There is really no issue with your diet, training or health.  You don’t have a thyroid condition and your metabolism hasn’t suddenly stopped working.

👏🏻Even if it was on your scheduled weigh in day, just leave it this time.  Just totally forget about doing it.  Wait a week or so and you will see there is no damage.

🏆It’s so sad to see people doing so well be so overwhelmed by a mis-reading on the scales when, in fact, from a fat loss perspective, you are smashing it.

🔋If you have done everything perfectly and have put on a little weight, then also understand that the scales can be wrong every now and then or perhaps they just need a new battery.

😃Use the scales a few times a month, but NEVER let one, less than perfect, reading ruin all your amazing hard work.

Au moment de se servir dans un bol, tu es plutôt lait avant céréales ou céréales avant lait ? 🤔 non plus sérieusement, sur quel lait d'amande tu penches dans les rayons ? 🍶 À savoir que depuis peu, le lait d'amande fait le beau dans les rayons devant son ami le lait de soja; mais en regardant la composition des boissons du commerce, on éprouve le sentiment de se faire arnaquer. Et oui, ce "lait" contient surtout de l'eau, du sucre... et des épaississants..
On peut bien sur consommer ces produits pour varier, pour le plaisir du goût d’amande, pour une boisson sans lactose pas trop calorique mais ne leur donnons pas des mérites qu'ils n'ont pas.
