Apparently yesterday was the national day of Banana Bread 🍌🍞🍯 How accurate wasn’t my decision of making a banana bread without even knowing ‘bout the day? Anyways, this was the first time I tried to make and even eat banana bread and OMG I’ve been missing out big time! So crazily moist and flavourful 🤤 THANK YOU @pomochflora FOR THIS AMAZING RECIPE 🙏🏻 More banana bread to the people!!!

Have you seen the #signaturelife Champagne Series' new episode, How To Not Be Jealous And Learn To Love Yourself? This one is all about how I deal with Jealousy.
A few years ago, I was jealous of pretty much every other coach I saw, for one reason or another.
I was jealous of the 5-star hotels they were staying in that I knew I couldn’t afford.
I was jealous of their business class flights (and free champagne – oh, be still my heart!) when I could barely afford to fly economy.
I was jealous of their shiny, luxe apartments when I had a bedroom that was also an office and a kitchen.
And I was definitely jealous that they were taking coaching calls from the Caribbean or the Mediterranean while I was doing my discovery calls on my tiny bathroom floor.
But just two years later? I’m a #bosslady with a thriving, growing business that’s slated to hit 7 figures in sales before I even turn 30.
The truth – which took me awhile to learn – is that you can only ‘see’ something in someone else that’s already inside you. Which basically means everything you’re jealous of is just an untapped or underdeveloped character you already have!

Un giorno dura "solo" 24 ore, come possiamo riuscire a fare tutto ciò che dobbiamo o desideriamo fare?
Dobbiamo dare un ordine di importanza a tutte le attività giornaliere.
Tolto il lavoro, il riposo notturno (spesso nemmeno tanto!), la preparazione e consumazione dei pasti, rimangono almeno 4-5 ore libere (Non poche!)
Come utilizzarle?
Shopping, cinema, aperitivo con le amiche, social, abbrutimento in pigiama e coperta sul divano...tutto bello e piacevole, non c'è dubbio!
Per molti, però, non c'è mai un'ora utile per prendersi cura del proprio corpo, per mantenerlo in salute ora e per il futuro, per scaricare le tensioni accumulate e rilassarsi (in una parola ALLENAMENTO)
È questione di priorità, e dire "la palestra non mi piace" per alcuni é come rifiutare una zattera di salvataggio in pieno oceano perché si preferisce la hanno estremo bisogno, il loro corpo lancia segnali visibili anche dall'esterno ma loro imperterriti non cedono, salvo poi dover correre ai ripari quando ormai è troppo tardi!!!
La vita è adesso, dobbiamo fare di tutto per vivere bene nel presente, e ciò che seminiamo ora darà i suoi buoni frutti domani 😉👍

Для закрепа - делать прыжк.заходы в стойки эффективнее всего безперерывно. Нейронн.мышечная система не успевает забыть положение устойчивой линии и правильного/своевременного напряжения мышц и положения суставов, и тем самым спин.мозг запоминает это положения в движении гораздо лучше нежели делать просто в хаотичном порядке в процессе тренировки.
P.s до этой очереди еще делал не хило повторов таких мини-подходов. Снимаю с первого дубля, поэтому иногда качество техники и прочего хромает, так что не взыщите:xd

it is best to practice jumping in the rack with one hand continuously. the neuromuscular system does not have time to forget about the position of stable lines and the correct and timely muscle tension and position of the joints, and the spinal cord remembers the correct position of the body in the rack on the one hand.
P.s I shoot the video once, and if something is a little crooked, it's just a working moment, so it's not critical)
