Shoulder injury has caused downfalls of the most brilliant athletes, warriors and visionaries to have ever existed. In the next 2 minutes you're going to learn what, why, when and how to bulletproof your shoulders from injury.

90% of shoulder injuries are caused by poor warm up techniques and lack of rear shoulder, back and rotator cuff stength.

It's important to learn about and research injury prevention, long term stability/sustainability, proportionate strength and training your tendons and ligaments to be as strong as your muscles.

WHAT: When you lift a weight, your muscles do all the work.When you lower the weight, your tendons and ligaments bear the grunt. If you aren't able to lower the weight at an ultra slow tempo (10 seconds per rep to lower the weight), then your tendons and ligaments more than likely aren't ready for this weight.

WHY: Your tendons, ligaments & muscles need to maintain a ratio of strength with one another. If you do a ton of overhead shoulder press, training the front of your shoulders, and never train your rear-shoulder muscles with adequate reverse flys, and rowing, sooner or later, you're going to mess up the balance and ratio of development and suffer a rotator cuff tear or something worse.

WHEN: The routine shown in the above video is a simple 1-2 minute warm up to do before any shoulder and chest workouts, or any sport.

HOW: Start with the lightest cables and do 12 reps of internal shoulder rotations on each arm, followed by 12 external shoulder rotations and then take a super light dumbbell and do 10 cuff rotations. Remember to go light and easy, keep your elbows in place and also include rear-delt flys or reverse pec deck flys in your workout.
This will keep your shoulders well developed and keep injury at bay.

🔪WORLD'S MOST SHREDDED POWERLIFTER? 🔪 Lel, gotcha with the clickbait. I feel like that claim is kinda akin to "world's smallest hammer"... or the "most chode pecker in the village". I do actually wonder who else has done this though. We're in the depletion phase now, zero carbs, dropping water and etching out final details. Im still not content so I'm happy to keep pushing. HIIT cardio is now out since most of the fat has been burned, and steady state will replace it to drop glycogen faster. With any luck the two day loading process will make the muscles push against the skin and pull water to precisely where we want it. Overally, I feel like this is the best shape I ever hit. If I had to pick a 'lifestyle physique' I'd stop and maintain here.
