A simple conditioning workout on the rower that will elicit fat loss if your diet is in order.

250 m row / 60 secs rest
I did 5 sets and it was enough. Will look to build up sets over the coming weeks.

Follow this workout with 15-20 mins walking to enhance the fat burning process.

Did some shoulder and core training yesterday, in all the years I’ve been going to the gym I’ve never seen my back and shoulder muscles build like this. This week, the time that I will need to eat my post workout meal will run into the same time that my daughter needs to be in school and the same time that I need to wait with my son until he can go to his class.....
SO I woke up earlier to prep my on the go breakfast so that I still stay on top of my meal plan. #notgoingtofail .

Commit to just 5 pages a day. Easy peesy, right? The average book is 250 pages. If you read 5 pages every day for a year that equates to 7 books! BOOM!
