💪🏻👊🏻💁🏼 it's that time of the week again where we remind ourselves we did it or are still doing it and how far we've come!! 3 1/2 stone gone and couldn't be happier. Weight gain is stubborn whether it be through poor choices or in my case baby weight and I remember how sad I felt then. I wanted to get back into all my clothes and my confidence was low and for the first 6 months I lost a pound and put it back on blah blah!! Then I joined #slimmingworld and it changed completely. I never not lost every single week even on a bad week 1/2 a pound was still a loss. I was so committed and focused and can honestly say it was the best thing I ever did. We're not all morning people - that's why it may be difficult for you to stick to the morning exercise routine.
Why make things complicated for yourself? Workout in the evening! Exercising in general is beneficial, but there are still a few things you should be cautious about if you're doing it before your bedtime: ✅ make sure you cool down with few relaxing stretches & meditation ✅ follow the three-hour rule - give your body 3 hours to relax before you get into bed ✅ use essential oils to help you sleep better

Ups and downs my life is a bit of a roller coster at the minute... Dont ever think that someones life is greater than yours or they are happier than you... Every single one of us struggle inside somewhere... But you gotta embrace it..Flow with your emotions. Dont feel pressure into thinking you NEED to meditate or go jogging in order to feel happy... Thats all bullshit. I meditate every night cause that helps ME. I love it so much. You may not love it- so do something that you love.. Something that makes you actually deep down feel good..

Now exercise ..... I believe exercise heals us all.. We dont move enough these days.. Half the world has depression and anxiety.. Our bodies are made to move. And to be honest we arent moving at all.. We sleep, we wake up and sit while we eat, we sit on the bus or in a car, some sit at work, we sit on the way home, we sit at dinner and we sit at the couch... It 100% affects our minds and bodies..
Anyways.. Ive no idea where im getting at here but I just want you to know -
Nobody has it easy. This is a short life and its what you make it... Flow with emotions but down dewl or stay in that place.. Allow yourself time... Give yourself care.. You are so important and you can achieve anything you want ✨ 🌙 💖

I always knew what was healthy and what wasn't. I didn't need calories or macros or any type of diet to tell me that. Yet I still did all the diets. . 
I would have done anything just to be skinny. But it was never really about being skinny, it was about wanting to feel good and confident. I wanted to stop having to pull at my clothes all the time or to struggle to find the right outfit to hide all my "sins". .
I was sick of the anxiety of what to wear before going out and being in a puddle of tears because nothing made me feel good enough. I'd think of how beautiful all the other girls would look and thought I'd never measure up. . 
Eventually I got so fed up with it that I decided that something MUST change. And it has. .
I now believe that all those years of disordered eating, struggling with myself and with food was all to teach me the lessons I needed to learn so that I can help other women find peace within themselves too. .
I thank whatever power exists in this world for guiding me here because this feeling is magical. I hope that everyone single person on this planet can feel this love, health and vitally within themselves xx .
