It's arachnid day in honour of Scorpio Marie's birthday .

I have heard some says: "once you have your health together, everything else comes easier". I cudn't agree more. The day I spend for yoga is more like an investment for myself & my own healthiness. Yoga itself isn't only about doing a meditation for my body or for my mental health, but also growing a self-love & developing a self-healing within myself. 🍃 I know exactly that I deserve to treat myself better. It's not only about spending money for buying something I like but spending more time for something useful to give & get good energy in return. I believe that is how positive energy rolls. 💚 I think I shud really re-start again & back to make exercise as my routine like I used to. 🤗 -

What kind of #workout or #exercise that you'd like to do the most? Whatever it is, always make sure that you always boost your energy up in a positive way in order to make a healthier you. 💓 Me, personally, I love doing #yoga as part of my exercise routine - eventho it's not really a daily nor weekly routine, but at least I usually try making time during my leisure days for exercising. ☀️🍃🌾 Besides its positive impacts to my body, yoga gets me so in love way even deeper to myself. Amazingly, it can really lift up my good mood & grow the self-love inside me. Not only growing the self-love in me, but also the love & positive energy that I can share to people around me & others. Thru yoga, I learn so much about the fact how the more positive energy we give, the more positivity we can gain in return. 💙 Every energy we have in ourselves can be contagious to others. 😄 May goodness, healthiness, and positive energy will always be with you, pals!
