Post pregnancy breakfast of choice has been a smoothie with @vitalproteins collagen and @alohamoment protein topped with @betteralmondbutter . I get both on amazon subscribe and save so it automatically shows up at my door every month. Seven days post partum and I’m starting to feel like myself again...which I haven’t felt in MONTHS. I don’t super love being pregnant and my mantra in the delivery room was... “I’m never doing this again!” There’s definitely newborn and new family of 5 struggles...but honestly right now it feels way easier than the last month of pregnancy! 👶🏻 As for work...I’m easing back in hanging with my fav people in the blogger to business group and my masterminds! Keeping it SIMPLE. ❤️

I’ve eaten like crap all week and haven’t tracked. BUT...I did pick a second floor room at the far end of the hotel to force myself to get more steps and to take the stairs. And I walked Disney Springs, which includes climbing the stairs to the pedestrian bridges, a zillion times. All in all, I’m going to call my Florida adventure a success. My how #workoutwednesday has changed. Talk about muktitasking: baby naps, I get an isometric arm workout carrying her upstairs, I get my walk in, and laundry gets done all at once. Mind you this is after the of gets walked (during the washing part of the laundry cycle). #momlife #lemmerzoo

How do you eat healthy while traveling? You just do the best you can. Continental breakfast at the hotel. Choices include: waffles/bagels/cereal/apple/yogurt/coffee. No protein at all?!? Last week saw improvement in every area that I am tracking. I smoked the average man using this app as usual 😂😂.
I was able to be more active & average more steps and kill my goal for the week.
I was even able to get more sleep, although one of the numbers are down because I didn't track for one night.
Even though all of that is the case I was feeling drained, exhausted, and beat up throughout the entire week! I hope to see even more Improvement this week as I discipline myself to go to bed even earlier each night.

Let me tell you... I want to see all the other men who use the #shealth app. I get about 30 active minutes and 2500 steps per day more than the average man using this app. They still get more sleep than me, though.
I increased my total active minutes and calories burned this week. I also got almost 16 hours more sleep last week than the week before, even though I didn't hit my bedtime goal any day last week.
I feel like this week should be better with my health as things get back to normal with certain things (a consistent work schedule being a big one).

my #thehappyplanner spread this week was inspired by the colors in the sticker on thursday from the Faith sticker pack. my handwriting feels a little extra wonkey this week, but ya know, it’s about outlining, not perfection. i’m actually making use of the notes sidebar of some longer range todos and a pretty sticker layering to remind me to #wycwyc :) #plannerlife @the_happy_planner

My average steps for the week was above my goal, even with missing out on my lunchtime walks.
I am still not close to my sleep goal - getting less than 5 1/2 hours a night won't cut it at this stage of my life. I guess that average bedtime of 2:13 a.m. doesn't help. But this is still up from less than 5 hours a night the previous week!
I need to see that sleep-time increase this week. Maybe the next report will show the average being about 6 hours!
