We all start somewhere, we all may do it differently but the point is we start. We hit a point where we stop making excuses for why we can’t, or we stop planning out how it’s gonna go and we just execute. Again the point is we just start. That’s so important. In January of 2017 my life changed forever and it wasn’t because I lucked into anything, it was because I grabbed myself by the throat (figuratively speaking of course) and told myself “Gary, if you don’t get your act together you’re gonna get worse and likely speed up death” I made a commitment to a set 4-5 days a week for working out and I never got away from that. I limited my portions, I did not drastically change my diet. Almost 11 months later and I’m down 92lbs. Me this time last year who spent all his time eating everything, laying around watching tv never believed I could do anything. I’d already failed 7 times previously to lose weight. You have to pick yourself up, dust yourself off and get your ass back to work keeping your eye on the prize at all times. You can do this!! You are worth the fight! Who’s with me? Still reading? Tommy, has smashed is 8 week consistently progressing and dropping his body fat like no tomorrow.
🌮- all through using a flexible dieting approach due to his busy work schedule.
🏋🏻‍♂️ - we used a strength and condition programme 4 sessions a week commitment to followed where each week he progressed all lifts.

Took me around 2 years of experimenting to finally fill this shirt out would you believe? Made an effort on training every bodypart twice a week as much as I can. Specially my lats. Still a lot of work to do tho.
So, what's with the shirt? It was given to me a few years ago by the #SupplementHub main man himself, Jp Yap. It was my first time watching a bodybuilding show. So I admit, my expectations were quite mainstream. I was expecting to see a bunch of guys who just wants to show off but I was wrong. So stop the hate guys, some of the nicest guys that I know are from this industry. Jp was the first to change all that by showing an act of kindness the moment I stepped inside. Man, he gave the shirt to me without asking to do anything. No contests, no 'Buy this and you get this' kind of stuff. So i'm just grateful and I said to myself, i'm gonna fill this shirt someday and wear it proudly. I followed him and #TeamSupplementHub and I really learned a lot! No kidding guys. That's one of the reasons why I support his brand aside from me a big supporter of local brands.
So if you feel like giving up, please don't! Stay strong fam! You can do it cause you will. Just believe in yourself! 💪

The second photo I didn't know was being taken hence the water blur on the screen aswell but after eating multiple packs of crisps and a decent amount of chocolate I still somehow has slightly visible abs so i guess it has to be posted 👀

It was a great mental health day. I took a few hours to walk around downtown and take photos. Fortunately, the weather was cooperating and I got some good shots. It was nice to be out and about in the fresh air, walking, and capturing moments. I'm feeling a little more refreshed and better about going to work for a short week tomorrow.

I hope your week has started out great. Thanksgiving is just up ahead and I'll be spending it with husband's family. I may bake up one of those pies I got up in Apple Hill a while ago. We'll see.

Be good to each other out there wherever you are, take care, and be kind.
