Freeing myself from the clutter & chaos! "Your brain looks like your closet". YIEKS! Explains a lot!

I've always known that clutter can play a HUGE part in your life, I guess I was just not ready to do something about it. I didn't realize just how debilitating it can be.

I found myself using the same excuses I used before I started working out and eating healthy, "I have kids", "I don't have time", "I'm too busy" "that's just life right now". Well, just like my health & fitness, I needed to MAKE TIME for it. It's really just as important for myself and my families mental and physical health, it was the missing piece for balance in my life.

I finally woke up when my friend offered to be my personal assistant. The first thing she started addressing was the clutter. We started with creating an office space for myself and as I've been awakened I have been starting to get more and more unnecessary clutter out of my house.

It's funny when you start to be woken up with something in your life, you start finding it everywhere.
Since I've started my declutter journey I've been listening to pod casts that are popping up from one of my favorite podcasters addressing this issue, and WOW... This IS huge!! What it does to your brain and life is really depilating! Environment is everything! No wonder I'm not where I want to be, I'm working and living in chaos. On a mission now to get rid of the nonsense and get my brain clear!

✖Working from home isn't always easy. ✖I am honest with myself and some days I think what have a done but Its not every day thankfully, the harder days I just spend with the kids and don't work ✖Tuesdays I get to spend all day with my kids I choose when I work so I normally work around sleep times most effectively and I take them with me when I need to work away from the house ❌Would love to know what's your tips for working at home with kids and what works for you?

Naturally woke up before my alarm at 5am 😯It’s Monday morning of Spring break 🌸 could have went back to sleep but momma has goals!! Sophia is still sleeping so Vannie gets mommy all to herself with no rushing around to get ready. Great start to the week! #springbreak2018

It’s ROUGH for this non morning person to wake up before 6am on a Saturday, especially to work out BUT I never regret it. I always feel great after and having others join me makes me feel less alone!
Getting it done later just never happens on the weekend for me. If you need accountability and want to join us let me know!
Spent the morning volunteering at Savannah’s preschool for pretend grocery store day.

These are the moments that are priceless and I feel blessed to have the opportunity to be there.
Miss match day a school... And her face pretty much sums up the attitudes this morning 🤣

I have to admit, I’ve become such a geek when it comes to the science of these programs and how our bodies respond to food & exercise.

I HATE diets! I LOVE fueling my body with proper nutrition. This particular timed nutrition program has really helped me figure out what that means.

There is a method to this madness 😜

Second day in a row getting up at 5am to get my workout in!! WHO am I??? I’m excited! Not sure if it’s the pre workout I drank or the fact that it’s REFRED DAY 🙌
