Monday: Booty and Back day😍😍my favorites! Booty exercises from 80 day obsession, back reps, and 40 min of arc trainer for booty and quads. I literally spent almost 2 hours in the gym and it was the magic cure all for this case of the Mondays! .

Just because you don’t like a typical “protein shake” doesn’t mean you can’t use supplements! I’m not particularly a fan of the thickness of protein shakes but yet I still use my @1stphorm supplements every day. Smoothies, juicees, waffles, baked goods; the opportunities are endless when trying to increase your protein intake!

Lot has changed in just a week, it’s crazy to think how one day everything is okay and the next something Awful could happen, really makes you think that your problems aren’t really problems at all. I’ve been extremely stressed out because I have been looking into the future wayyyy to far, I need to start taking one day at a time. And on top of it all I am sick which sucks who likes being sick but it’s only temporary. I honestly hate my mindset right now I’m miserable and I know can be so much better. What I’ve been learning is I make myself miserable no one else does. Your mind is that powerful. It’s okay to be in a rut sometimes but what matters is how you get yourself out and that’s what’s I’m gonna do. Being depressed and feeling sorry for yourself isn’t going to get me anywhere. I know I have so much more potential within myself, to be better in all the aspects of my life. This post is about slowing down and not thinking about the what ifs into the future I need to worry about today not tomorrow.
