I have really been into treadmill intervals and they have been my cardio of choice for @kayla_itsines #BBG #LISS • only did 30 minutes today, but it was gooood! It was a solid cardio session and got real sweaty so #missionaccomplished! Ended at 1.99 miles...dang it - so close to 2!!

The pictures on the left are about 2 months ago! How awesome is that! I'M FREAKING PROUD of my transformation. I worked HARD for that! 💙 •
About 4 months post baby I was ready to get into action again. I started by going to a gym, but that was about an hour away and just wasn't efficient, so I googled and researched and eventually found some killer workout from home programs! 💪 •

Since I become a entrepreneur my life has definitely not become easier. I really struggle daily with a lot of challenges. The good thing is that I can learn and grow also daily. What doesn't kill you makes you definitely stronger :)

Welll after a week of fighting the flu and pneumonia I am back at gym . Not 100 percent but so tired of being a noodle on couch with fever ! Lost 10 pounds in a week of being sick. It's just a slight detour that life throws at you . On the left August 2015- weight 124lbs, before I found a passion in weight training, post two c-section babies, eating and drinking everything unhealthy, no moderation, no idea of how to properly fuel my body, not happy with myself or my body. And NO muscle time whatsoever
Middle and right Pics- Dec 2017, weight 127, having a true passion for training and bettering myself, eating foods I like in moderation but tracking my macros, have s much better understanding of how to fuel my body (although there is always room for improvement with anything), much more confidence, happy either myself and my progress. Muscle definition is evident! My mindset is completely different, focused, happy, fulfilled and knowing my goals and putting in the work to achieve them! I am loving my fitness journey and challenge everyone to set their own goals to become a healthier happier version of you!
As you can see weight does not matter. The picture on the right is 3lbs heavier. So just remember weight is only a number!

Had a craving for some hot cocoa tonight & made my Organic Belgian Hot Cocoa! Topped it with Whole Foods Natural Whipped Cream. Is it in the diet plan? No. Is it a healthy option? Not really but at least it's organic lol. You need balance with your plan or you'll drive yourself crazy!!!
