Butts and Guts Workout #2: #motivationmonday
1. Warm-up: Single leg touchdown with a toe tap. X 15 on each leg.
2. Jump Squat to Curtsy with toe tap. X15.
3. Weighted V-ups X15
4. Oblique Twists X 15- side to side knees- square shoulder X15
5. Check mark crunch, on back flat X15
6. W-Sit-Up (Hip flexor wide leg) x6 rest, then repeat X6.
7. Lunge Taps X 15 on each leg

225 pound deadlift baby! Thought I’d share a video of me with and without my wraps on. I’d have to say I’d rather not wear them. They are great for pulling extra weight but I never want to depend on them. Tonight I am so proud of my numbers but I really have to thank the extra carbs our families have been feeding us this holiday season 😍😜

This was rough. I have been on a spiritual/mental journey the past few months that I ended up neglecting my physical body. I haven't felt so out of shape in years. I have lost the numbers I use to be able to lift and it feels like I'm starting from scratch. I finally attained my goal of being able to do a pull up alone not too long ago but I lost that too because of one major, crucial reason: lack of CONSISTENCY. This training session was a major slap in the face. I felt a bit discouraged but you know what, I will channel that into positive fuel. The key is consistency. Whatever your goals are, if you are consistent you are going to get results no matter what. I have to do a better, I'm going to do a better. You may think I have horrible form and I'm weak, but watch give me a few weeks. I'm hungry for more. Can't let myself feel this way again. .

I went from not eating enough to doing a dirty bulk to try to gain weight, to learning how food works for your body and making healthy choices. People used to body shame me for being too skinny. Strangers asked me “why don’t you eat?” And things like, “you should eat more”. I was very self conscious and it made me compensate in very unhealthy ways. since I was in high school I weighed between 105 to 110lbs. I am 5’4 Now I weigh a healthy 125 lbs. I am the same weight in the 2nd picture as in the last picture. The difference is the food choices. You too can make a change. You just need to take the steps towards that direction. If you have questions, find answers. I’m always here to answer any questions you may have 😘. Yo pase de no comer suficiente después comer de todo para poder subir de peso, a aprender como es que la comida funciona para el cuerpo y así poder hacer elecciones más saludables para mi salud. Antes, las gente me hacía sentir mal por ser tan flaca, hasta los desconocidos me decían cosas en la calle como “porque no comes?” O “deberías de comer mas” Tenia mucha vergüenzas de mi cuerpo, por lo que compensaba en cosas no muy saludables. Desde la prepa, mi peso siempre variaba de 105 a 110 libras (47 a 50 k). Mido 5’4 pies (1.63 m). Ahora. Peso 125 lbs (56.69 k) Tengo el mismo peso en la 2da tanto en la ultima foto. La diferencia es la selección de comida. Tu también puedes hacer un cambio. Solo necesitas tomar los pasos en el camino correcto. Si tienes preguntas infórmate.
