Vulval cancer is the 4th most common of the 5 gynae cancers, and vaginal is the 5th. But this doesn't mean that knowing their signs and symptoms is any less important than learning about ovarian, womb and cervical cancer.
There's a lot of embarrassment around even saying the words 'vagina' and 'vulva', with many women thinking that the vulva is actually called the vagina. Quick way to remember, the vagINa is INside the body!

🆘⛔️For any single person on ISNTAGRAM🆘⛔️... as much as I, and other people on instagram, are here to put out positive and informative content, please do not obsess over what we do!.

There are WAY too many social pressures these days. .
📍have the coolest outfit.
📍get the perfect photo.
📍show of my most recent meal prep.
📍give you a new workout.
📍telling you how bad refined sugar may be.
.
Positive OR negative content ...it still can be perceived as more PRESSURE. .
.
I bet you’ve thought at one stage something like, “oh shit, she meal preps every Sunday and always eats healthy...I HAVE to be exactly like that!”.
.
Whether it be via myself, or a celebrity on Instagram you need to learn to take it all with a grain of salt!.
.
Instagram shows nothing but the perfect life of what you SHOULD be doing.
.
Please learn to relax and picture a life without Instagram. What would you be doing? How would you be living? Would the things you care about now really matter?.
.
Everyone has a completely different circumstance in which they live. .
.
Please just do what makes YOU happy and do what YOU care about and learn to not obsess over everybody’s “Instagram life!” I can tell you right now I bet their “insta life” is far from the real life!.
.
All in all...please learn: “Not to give a fuck!” .

Life is way more important than how you look and what you see on Instagram! .

I talk to women everyday who are actually OVER qualified, who feel they need ANOTHER certificate to do something they're passionate about.
Now if you fall into this train of thought, what I'm about to say MAY trigger YOU.
All I see is procrastination ✋🏼
It's like waiting until you've lost 5kg to post a selfie.
Or waiting until your hair and nails and tan are perfect before posting a video.
Or waiting until Monday to start a new nutrition program.
Or waiting until you're in a better financial position to purchase something that will help you out significantly.
You could put something off eternally, if you really wanted to. Always finding a reason to not do something.
I get it. 
It's scary. 
You're thinking "What will people think?"
"What if they think I'm full of shit"
"What if they unfollowed me because they KNOW I'm full of shit?"
"What will my parents think of me?"
"What if I fail?"
"What if I look stupid?”
I get it.
Self-Doubt and Imposter Syndrome are real. As is Tall-Poppy Syndrome 😉
Unfortunately they are part of the game, unless you want to be mediocre and live a mediocre life. 
Which I don't think you do, do you?
From my experience and my experience coaching others, the BEST way to learn to do something new is to commit to it.
Instead of saying "I want to..."
Say "I am..."
Change your IG bio.
Tell your family and friends. 
Put some motherfucking skin in the game.
and then take purposeful action every single day.
You have to manifest and create the life you want to live.
No one is going to hand it to you. 
You will learn FAR more from experience, and working through challenges and obstacles as they appear, over reading about, watching videos about, and thinking about the thing you want to do ✨

125 gr tereyağı ( 1 yemek kaşığını hindistan cevizi yağı kullandım )
1 adet yumurta 
1 tatlı kaşığı karbonnat 
Aldığı kadar un ( ben kendi yaptığım badem ununu kullandım, siz hindistan cevizi unu, tam buğday unu da kullanabilirsiniz, un ölçüsü değişecektir, ele yapısmayan yumuşak hamur kıvamı elde edene kadar ekleyebilirsiniz)
Hamurunda tatlandırıcı kullanmadım ama biraz şekerli seviyorsanız 1 yemek kaşığı ekleyebilirsiniz ( agave, hindistan cevizi şekeri, esmer şeker olabilir )

Elmalı Harç için:
4 adet orta boy elma (büyükse 3 adet yeterli)
1 tatlı kaşığı tarçın

Hamuru yoğurup yarım saat dinlendirdim. Elmaları rendeledim, suyunu salıp çekene kadar pişirdim. Altıni kapatıp tarçını ekledim soğumaya bıraktım. Elmalarım çok tatlı yayla elması olunca ekstra şeker kullanmadım. Hamurdan portakal büyüklüğünde bir parça ayırıp kalan hamuru tart kalıbına yerleştirdim. Üzerine elmalı harcı yaydım. Ayırdığım hamuru açıp şeritler halinde kesip hamurun üzerine yerleştirdim. Önceden 180 °C de ısınmış fırında üzeri kızarana kadar pişirdim.

Eve yayılan mis gibi kokunun tadını çıkartın. Mutlu pazarlar ❤
