Here we go, swim/bike brick today. 🏊‍♀️⚡️🚴‍♀️ Little sore from this week’s strength workouts 🏋️‍♀️🤪 Needed a little extra rest and time to fuel up this morning so not the earliest start but will get it in! #triathlontraining

#teamTITAN2018 We're long time supporters of 'The Doc' @drzfitz & super inspired by her achievements; she's genuinely a 'Titaness' @titaness_com_au through & through.

This year sees Zoe take up a new endurance sport - parenthood - and we reckon this makes her more deserving than ever of our continued support in 2018 & beyond!

With a sporting ability that has seen her race both the Kona IRONMAN & 70.3 World Championships, & a brain that has earned her a doctorate and countless publications, we still think she's not gonna know what's hit her!😜👪😴

Zoe & @_matt__g_, our whole TITAN team wishes you all the best in this new adventure. Something that hit home; it'll be 50x harder than you imagined but also 500x more rewarding than you could ever dream of. 👊🏼💜👊🏼

They tell you to put your legs up for recovery right?! My goodness this was not as easy as it once used to be! 😂 #bettysquad18 #bettysquadphotochallenge #bettyhandstandchallenge
New kit day. Means it’s #lit day. Absolutely love my new @bettydesigns #squad kit. Not only is it extremely comfy (no joke) you put it on and feel badass. And at 30 years old I’ll take that. #stylishaf #kitgameonpoint #badassisbeautiful

Sweaty, humid mess at @parkrunau today. After a bit of a negative mindset yesterday it was good to get out this morning and prove to myself that I can beat my brain sometimes! And beat my #pb too! 😉 #progressnotperfection

"I started running in 2009 after I moved to Orlando, FL. I didn't know the distance of a half marathon or marathon, but I was intrigued by the people that were drawn to these races-from all ages, races, and cultures. I wanted to be apart of that, running brings people together. Eventually I started to bike to cross train and figured why not add in the swimming. As my life went on my schedule became more hectic, I changed my career to be a flight attendant. I've been flying for 5 years now and I want to show people no matter what your goal is, if you want it bad enough, its achievable. I fly full time, work on my doctorate, and train for triathlons. It's not easy, but a diamond is a chunk of coal that did well under pressure!" ~ Leann DeLorenzo [@southjerseybelle03]
