Think spinach pie filling baked in mini muffin tins. Savory, packed with nutrients and DELISH! 😋 Only 8 ingredients including spinach, onions, parsley, feta, parmigiana, and eggs, a friend developed the recipe for us several years back because my son missed traditional spinach pies after being diagnosed #celiac. They quickly became a fan favorite and are perfect as a holiday appetizer, for a holiday brunch or an anytime snack!.

hiiiii friends, it's been a few days ✌🏼
& it may be a few more days lol
but what better way to hop back on here than with a golden post from gold's?
I used to post just to post, but I noticed that when i'm not in the flow of writing it's reflected in the engagement on the picture.
it's like you guys can FEEL if i'm truly IN the post or not.
with saying that I have nottt been feeling it the past few days.
so much has been going on with ben graduating, things to do for florida, things for christmas...
you guys know how this time of the year is 😭
& on top of it all i'm just trying to soak in as much fam and friend time as possible before we leave in a month.
SO i've thrown social media on the back burner for a little while & it honestly feels great, in a bad way.
I always get like FONP (fear of not posting 🙃) because I know how much value it can bring to so many of you & I genuinely enjoy sharing my thoughts.
on the flip side it feels amazing because social media can just be overwhelming as hell sometimes & without posting as much recently, I also haven't been on social media as much.
forever trying to keep myself balanced 😂
and if that means taking time off from here once and a while then so be it. 💁🏽

Dinner is a potato, pea, onion, and broccoli coconut curry with pressure cooked brown+black rice and cilantro. Theres tons of fresh ginger root and garlic in there along with a bunch of spices to warm us up on the grey cold day. ✌

Take at look at this juice label. In this bottle of 450ml there is 2 1/2 apples, 61 berries and 1/3 banana. Sounds pretty good right?
Now, imagine eating these fruits in their natural form. You have a plate in front of you with 2 1/2 apples, 61 berries and 1/3 banana.. do you think you could eat all that? Probably not, that's a lot of fruit for one sitting.
When the fruit is juiced, the skin and pulp is removed, the 2 sections that hold the fibre (responsible for helping you feel full) and most of the nutrients. All that's left is the sugar (called fructose). Now you may say, "but the sugar is from fruit and is natural therefore, it's healthier for you". In the body, sugar is sugar, it can't tell the difference.
Juice makes it very, very easy to consume large amounts of sugar, lots of calories and very little nutrients. That's why whole fruit is always better for you!

Trying to use up whatever food we have in the fridge before we leave for CT! Our #sundayroast was pork tenderloin with honey roasted sweet potatoes. Lunch today was a lettuce turkey wrap with tomato and avocado. Happy and full. .

Comfort food tonight. Stuffed peppers have been a childhood favorite. Stuffed these beauties with grass-fed ground beef, onions, diced bell pepper, tomatoes and S&P. Served with some sautéed spinach in olive oil and oven roasted rainbow carrots! 🥕 🌈 🌶

Happy Sunday! Tonight’s dinner- organic chicken breast with mixed vegetables and cauli mash! I think I had at least two more servings of the mash, it’s that good! I don’t use a recipe. I just throw garlic, salt, pepper, butter, cheese and cooked cauli in a food processor! This weekend literally flew by😩 #cleandiet #poweredbyplants #veggies #caulimash #getinmybelly
