Happy Waffle Saturday! Cooked up my special “treat” for breakfast - 1 oz oats, 3.5 oz banana, 1 egg, a splash of vanilla, a few shakes of cinnamon and pumpkin pie spice, and a dash of salt and baking soda (mixed then put in a waffle iron on medium-high until cooked), topped with 1 oz peanut butter and 2.5 oz finely chopping berries!! Excited to spend the day with 3 of my 4 beautiful sisters!!! 🖤•

Keto brunch! I’ve always loved quiche but since going low carb I’ve found ways to satisfy without needing a crust or a bread ! Today’s brunch was these beautiful colored bell peppers filled with chopped sugar free bacon a jalapeño , some heavy cream , shredded jack cheese and scrambled eggs! A pinch of nutmeg set it off ! Você sabia que existem alimentos com substâncias capazes de reduzir a dor pós treino? Nesse post vamos citar alguns dos principais alimentos com substâncias analgésicas.
Alimentos antioxidantes combatem as dores musculares causadas pelos radicais livres, são eles: açaí, frutas vermelhas (morango, amora, framboesa, jabuticaba, cereja) 🍒🍓, cacau 🍫 e algumas oleagionosas 🌰. Peixes ricos em ômega 3 🐟, como a sardinha e o atum também podem ser incluídos na rotina de quem busca diminuir as dores.
Já o abacate, gengibre e cúrcuma auxiliam na redução das inflamações musculares e consequentemente, aliviam as dores musculares.
