The beautiful Monterey Bay/Pacific at sundown/dusk… Pic taken right by Phil’s Fish Market & Eatery around Moss Landing, CA shortly after sundown. I was here with the family (along with Richie’s parents & Rochelle) in celebration of my mom’s & Rochelle’s birthday…
Our brief outing in summary:
We came here just recently for my birthday just last month. But anyways, we arrived around sunset at Phil’s Fish Market & Eatery in Moss Landing, CA. There were lots of people here as usual. I was rushing to see the sunset (while the rest of the gang stood in line to order the food) after telling what I wanted to order to my mom. I rushed to the beach just outside of the restaurant and the sun was already nearing the horizon. I quickly took pics and set up my video camera. I was so close to missing the sunset that if it was 5 minutes later, I would’ve missed it! Anyways, after I took in the sunset solo, I rejoined the rest of the gang for dinner inside the restaurant. It’s neat that the restaurant was literally at the beach! They also have heaters in the dining areas which was nice. I ordered the chicken alfredo pasta which was nice & creamy. I was also starving lol. It came with a side of salad. I also tried their clam chowder (it was alright). Gotta love their clams here though! We continued to enjoy our dinner and fellowship with each other as the crowd slowly started to fade… Overall, this was a short but nice outing with the family by the sea once again! 'Til next time, safe travels.
