Guten Abend! Heute habe ich nur gesessen und gepaukt für die wichtige Geschichtskursarbeit morgen. Da brauch ich unbedingt 12 oder 13 Punkte. Um Bewegung zu haben und paar Kalorien zu verbrennen war ich spazieren und habe dabei 230 Kalorien verbrennt bzw 7000 schritte gemacht. Mal schauen was morgen die Waage bringt, ich bin nicht so optimistisch weil ich echt viel Süßigkeiten heute gegessen habe. Von Eis bis zur Milchschnitte dazwischen Keks und viele Bonbons und Schokolade nicht zu vergessen. Schade aber ich bin froh dass der Tag nicht in einer Eskalation bzw Fressanfall geendet hat!

I won’t be eating anything else tonight I am stuffed! And I haven’t had anything else today other than meals posted so ending today synfree! 😆

A dog themed restaurant with a spicy pickle martini?? Yes please always! Dinner last night was absolutely delicious and I still earned my 🔵 I started with a Brussels & burrata salad and then pork tenderloin with spaetzle and red cabbage 😋 They even have a doggy cookie jar filled with cookies! I of course needed a shortbread dog bone! I counted it all as 23sp. If you’re in the PA area you need to try it for sure!

Démarrage en douceur et difficile quand on doit en même temps s’occuper de son de trois ans qui a décidé de ne rien écouter à ce moment là. Bref! I can’t get enough of this homemade chipotle burrito bowl 😍 so D E L I S H and the whole bowl is just 4 SP. @thedailydoseofpepper nailed it with these recipes of chipotle skillet chicken, cilantro lime rice, and easy pinto beans. I used them in in this yummy bowl of awesomeness. The chicken is seriously a show stopper 🤩 I added a few more of my favorite fixings, too 👌🏼(only missing some guacamole). My extremely picky husband wouldn’t eat a burrito bowl, but he gobbled the chicken breast right up. I smiled the whole time knowing there was red onion in the marinade 🤭 . The recipe makes a lot and I’m excited to have extra for my lunches this week. 🤗 .
🍚 1/2 cup @thedailydoseofpepper cilantro lime rice (3 SP) .
🍚 @thedailydoseofpepper easy pinto beans (0 SP) .
🍚 @thedailydoseofpepper chipotle skillet chicken (0 SP) .
