Weird looking 60kgs sandbag😂😂 but what matters is how heavy it is 💪🏼
Try this version of walking lunges, it gives a different kind of feeling on the lower and upper body.
Front-holding of the sand bag has the following benefits:
1-forces your upper body to stay straight and this will help you to keep a proper form.
2-Helps the glutes, hamstrings and quads to do all the work with no overcompensation on the lower back.
3-keeps your abdominal muscles involved and tight
4-works your biceps and forearms.

Every beast needs a beauty❤️ im so thankful to have this gorgeous lil lady as my girlfriend😍 happy thanksgiving everybody🍗🍗
Another Clip from yesterday's legs session absolutely love this exercise for hamstrings.

Often find people neglect hamstrings and do way to much on quads, especially in gym that don't have many hamstring machines.

To get them impressive looks legs you have to make sure the back is just as good as the front.

To really make sure your using those hamstrings instead of your lower back make sure you drive your heels into the foot rest and hinging at the hip. controlling the movement up and down. Use time under tension to really allow them hamstrings to grow.

#Latergram pic from last nights gym visit. This is the face of someone who is smashing their goals and feeling so proud of themselves that the positivity is oozing out of them. Things are pretty swell recently. My new job is the primary impact of that, I feel like a pressure cooker that has had my steam released. But, I can also attribute this good streak to taking my goals more seriously. I'm tracking all my food, eating 90% fresh produce and actually exercising. This has also impacted my mental health tremendously, I feel like there is a purpose to my day and a drive to move forward. I cannot emphasise enough how significant this mood shift has been. I used to cry in an empty office at work due to pressure, I used to contemplate driving into the central reservation simply because I would then be hopsitalised and wouldn't have to face my horrendous working life or my mundane non productive non existent personal life. Now, I am smooth sailing. Things are not perfect (and probably never will be) but at least now I don't dread work, I look forward to my evenings and getting out of bed in the mornings has become far easier. The reason for all of this shift? I have a purpose to my day and a job that enables me to achieve my goals. I.e. I no longer work in a place that drains any positive energy I had spare. Anyone on Instagram can tell you how to lose weight, anyone can tell you simple steps to implement, but it takes someone who has been there themselves to tell you the periferal impact this will have, those feelings and emotions require experience, which is what I am in the process of. And I plan to continue to share my story in the hope that I can help at least 1 person change their life too. Because a year ago, i think finding a profile where someone was openly experiencing what I experienced and how they were improving (not fixing) their issues, I would have taken notice and potentially found my answers quicker. I hope I can be that profile to someone.
