What are you eating Daily?
Opting for whole fruits and vegetables is great way to control your hunger and get all required nutrients. Of we keep having all junk we get kind of addictive to these. But having whole food with protein and fat are great way to manage weight too.

I need something uplifting after my day today! Made it through my cheat “weekend” 😬😅🙊 and enjoyed some favorite foods in moderation..🍔🌮🍦with no binge eating! I credit that to my new ⭐️Rock Solid High Metabolism⭐️ for cutting my monster appetite 😂😂🙈 now I’m back to the ol grind tomorrow. I call this #TransformationTuesday pic “Evolution of a T-Shirt”, because, that’s how I gauge my weight loss most of the time — not necessarily by the number on a scale, but by how my clothes fit (and how I fit in my surroundings)
.
When I started this new lifestyle two years ago, I weighed 365lbs (my highest was well over 400lbs in high school). The second picture, I had already lost about 20 lbs and I was over the moon to find a 2XL men’s T-shirt that I liked and that was in stock. Last time I weighed in (a [email protected] weeks ago) I’m at 278 and can squeeze my rear end into a size 18/20

I’ve still got such a long ways to go, but I’ve also come a long way. My journey’s not over yet!
