Week 1 of the building work currently going on at Berwick Smile Dental Care. As you can see our reception area has been cordened off and one of the windows has been taken out so the builders aren't bringing materials and rubble past the patients. The original main patient sink has been removed and that whole entire wall has been knocked through, leading to the out building which will eventually be our brand new Digital, Photographic and Consultation Suite. It may be a little noisy but we are so excited with what is going on.

"You can't expect to succeed if you only put in the work on the days you feel like it!" Killed this mornings core de force workout! I easily could have went back to bed after only getting 2.5 hours of sleep due to being on 12 hour shifts at work but I don't let excuses get in the way of reaching my fitness goals. I feel more energized now then I do when I get 6 hours of sleep. If I can do it, so can anyone else. All it takes is dedication, motivation and setting achievable goals for yourself. Nobody is too busy, it's just a matter of putting your priorities first.

Day 6 of #IQS8WP has gone well! I’m finally in a groove and mindset 👊
Breakfast: skipped it 😂 (maybe not so good groove 🙈 Just wasn’t hungry!)
Lunch: Chicken & cashew stir fry - ate it all at 10:30am in first break!
Afternoon tea: ate my breakfast X2 toadies (my last of the batch!) Dinner: Soba Satay Noodle Salad YUM! Best part was most of it was already prepared, just had to grate a carrot & zucchini. Finished it off with a peppermint tea rather than a glass of wine 🍷 #rip
Exercise: Went for a 3.6km run... turned into 6.7km 😂 Feeling sore in my pecks from yesterday’s gym sesh & now my legs are aching. It’s a good feeling to be sore before bed! Still waiting for the #summer #sun to return so I can get back to the #beach 🙏
Sleep: I’m in bed at 9pm! Yass! Hoping for a drop in da scales tomorrow on day 7! #timewilltell

So Ive just startedvto record my measurements again. A scale can be so deceiving and makes me sad. My husband always says a loss is a loss but usually I would be disappointed with that number but with 13cms off my whole body in a week!!! I'm stoked. Measure measure measure! This is a weeks result...Ive got a "motto" now..move everyday! Ive been gyming, spin classes, mowing lawns, going for walks. Ive also been doing 16.8 and mostly ketoing...I need to get more strict on this. Stoked with this result!
