Has there ever been something that you thought you couldn't do? I mean think about it. What is one of the things in your life that you have avoided even trying because you simply said no way....I can't. Well with today being my last day of my current workout program i decided that I wouldn't hold back. I would push with purpose and celebrate the freaking challenge.
That brings me to this. STICKY BEAR. this move. I never thought I would be able to get off my knees and do it. But today @chrisdowningfitness I freaking DID it. 21 weeks in the shop and i am doing things i never thought I could. Thank you!

I am stronger. I am better. I am determined. I have empowered. I have loved every minute of my journey this far. And i can not wait to see all the people that will be inspired!

But it is time for me to take on another challenge. And that means i have a date with Tony Horton on Monday morning! Stayed tuned for which program!

So long SHIFT...

Although I’m sad to say goodbye, I’m super thankful for the growth I’ve made, the people I’ve met & had the privilege to workout with, the relationships I’ve built & all the amazing things I’ve learned that I will take with me on my journey... I will never stop getting better.

Tomorrow is rest day then DAY #1 starts Monday.
What the next program???
I will take Sunday to make a schedule of the perfect program combo for me, for right now, from my On-Demand selection of workouts. .

I think homeboy is legit tryin to kill me on my way out. I may have almost blacked dafuq out during part of that workout, but I got it done & now that it’s over, I feel better for it.
