The most intimate kaiseki experience at chef Sam Clonts’ Uchu dining counter. Everything from the curation of ingredients, presentation and flavors of each dish, Tokyo inspired bar and the talented mixologists, speakeasy style music, was executed to perfection. Already looking forward to our next visit!

#FoieGras rice with heaps of shaved #Perigord black #truffles. So good I was probably crying when I was eating this 😭 Credit goes to the hubby for picking the bday spot. SO impressed by chef Clonts’ @samc529 culinary talent at such a young age. 🤯
