My resolution: to give natural bodybuilders and trainees practical, effective, and safe training and nutrition advice based on the most current trends and data. If you’re a fitness enthusiast who is stuck somewhere between the expiration of beginner gains and your genetic potential, I want to help you! But really, I just want to help everyone. I hate seeing people get sucked into bullshit programs or “quick fixes”. 21 day this, 30 day that. Not here. I’ll provide the tools and information, but it’s up to the individual to provide the magic ingredient: hard work. Hard work is the catalyst that makes anything worth while happen. Let’s collectively work our asses off and make 2018 a year to remember 💪🏻🔥

New Gym Squat PR!
First-182.5kg.x2 reps
Second-192.5kgx1 Gym PR!
Big confidence booster today! Quite pleased.
Workout after as follows ➖high bar squats 80kgx12x3 sets
➖leg press. SUPERSET close and wide stance 320kgx10x3 sets
➖Superset Stiff legged deadlifts with leg extensions. 20 reps 4 sets.
➖kettleball walking lunges x3 sets.

It's truly amazing what you can achieve when you REALLY want something.
My vision is unclouded, I can see the end result as clear as day and I'm willing to put in the hard yards to make it happen.
I have incredible people guiding me, supporting and encouraging me so I have literally run out of excuses this time around to not achieve my goal.
This is the difference 4 weeks has already made, and I'll admit I am proud of myself.
I've already overcome the hardest thing, and that was to change the mentality of a weak mind.

BAKED EGG AVOCADO BOATS

2 ripe avocados, sliced in half and remove pit
crushed red pepper flakes
4 eggs
kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper
3 slices bacon, cooked until crispy
Finely chopped chives or green onions, for garnish
Avocado oil
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Scoop out about two tablespoons of flesh from the center of each avocado, ensuring that your egg will fit snugly in the center.
Place avocados snugly in a baking dish. You want to make sure the avocados don't fall so the eggs can stay in tact while baking. Sprinkle some crushed red pepper flakes into each avocado half. Crack eggs in a bowl. Using a spoon, transfer the yolks to each avocado half, then carefully spoon in as much egg white as you can fit in the avocado without spilling over.
Season with salt and pepper and bake until the egg whites are set and yolks are no longer runny, for about 18 to 20 minutes. (Cover with foil if avocados are beginning to brown.)
Remove from oven and garnish with crispy bacon bits, chives, more crushed red pepper flakes if desired and lightly drizzle with some avocado oil. Enjoy immediately!

Church & brunch with the fam 🙏🏽💜 then some yummy PR hip thrusts💪🏼🍑💥 375lbs @109lbs bodyweight.
I slowly worked up to this weight to prevent injuries and to get volume. These were set 7-9 then I worked my way down the weight.
Using my @iprfitness_training Hip Thrust Pad so I don’t crush my little hip bones lol

Here I am 5x5 @100kg , boring i know , but this is how you build a decent physique . Compounds. Progressively overloading on lifts that execute the most volume.
