Another great idea to slay these water goals.
Agua Fresca de Jamaica/Fresh Hibiscus Water
☆Boil a quart of water add 1.5 cups of flower
☆Steep for 3min. Remove & discard flowers
☆ADD water to yield 1 gallon.
☆Cool & Enjoy
•Refrigerate & store for 1 week. 🤙

30 days into my program and I’m liking my progress so far! Seeing some more definition in my shoulders, arms & legs... and the booty isn’t looking bad 😉
If you asked me last year if I’d want to do an 80 day workout program, I’d probably have laughed at you. But my body wasn’t responding to what I was doing and I knew something needed to change. And mainly, it was stress-reduction. Finding a balance between fitness, nutrition, quality sleep, mental & emotional well-being is hard enough when you’re a working mom. Add an autoimmune disease that throws your hormone system out of whack with stress, and it can be beyond frustrating to regain control.
The new habits I’ve been putting into practice these last few months have been paying off, and not only do I feel better, but my body is starting to respond as well. Baby steps will get you there. Having a friend walk through it with you makes it that much more fun though. That’s what we do in my #fitsquadelite community- we show up, check in, cheer each other on, call each other out when we need it, share what’s working & what not, and inspire each other to take the next step. Could you use a support system like that too?👯‍♀️
