Deload week keeps going smooth. A nice light day tomorrow. Starting with some snatch complexes. This is similar to tuesday's clean piece. You have a different time cap for each complex. In terms of weight selection you can even go light focusing on technique only and just having a relaxed and fun lifting session or you can go heavy if you're feeling like it, either way is fine. Goal is just to move some weight in some predefined patterns to keep this movements fluid and natural to you. Some cool accessory work after that starting with triple unders again ( you need to master them ). 15 min of triple under work trying tonout together some big sets. Some gymnastics after that. Two fun complexes mixing c2b with t2b and bar muscle ups. Goal is to practice the movements ( will appear in the open ) but more important to master the ability to have absolute control over them allowing you to alternate between movements with great efficiency. It's also a good coordination practice as your brain will be constantly challenged by the high number of transitions between movements and rep scheme. Play arround with this complexes for a while. Finishing the session is a nice little chipper with some heavy sandbag cleans at the end. Go hard on this one and try to go unbroken until the sandbags. Have fun!
