Para la gelatina con frutas 🍇 utilice 2 tazas de zumo de naranja 🍊 y 2 cucharadas de agar agar 🥄🥄 colocar la preparación en un cazo a fuego medio y remover hasta que comience a hervir. Retirar del fuego y colocar frutas picadas utilice frutillas 🍓, cerezas 🍒 y uvas 🍇
Mezclar los ingredientes y verter en un molde o en moldes individuales 🌈 en una hora ya esta lista nuestra gelatina libre de crueldad 🐽

I feel like I’m on a quest to try all the new plant based burgers in Madison. Not a bad journey so far!! I’ve always wanted to check out Graze so I thought it the perfect opportunity when I heard (thanks @epicureanchronicles ) that they were offering the @impossible_foods burger. They were happy to veganize their offering, and I was very impressed how it turned out. The texture and flavor was 👌🏼and paired with a spicy mustard it was simply luscious. The grain bowl on their menu also caught my attention so I’ll be back 😋🍔

Hace unos días me dijeron que me alimento muy sano y mi estilo de vida era súper saludable. Es raro, pero me hizo reflexionar.
En noviembre comencé un curso de nutrición holistica @nutritionschool , y han tocado bastante el tema de comida primaria y secundaria. La comida primaria son los 'alimentos' que no están en tu plato, es decir: espiritualidad, creatividad, carrera, educación, salud, actividad física, relaciones, vida social... La comida secundaria es literalmente lo que comemos 🌱A lo que voy es que siento que estás últimas semanas no le he dado la atención debida a mis alimentos primarios, como mis pensamientos, espiritualidad, relaciones, bienestar...🙃y por eso me he estado sintiendo un poco ansiosa y no alegré como suelo ser👻 Las cosas nuevas que estoy aprendiendo me están ayudando un montón en mi viaje personal a una vida más sana así que hoy los invito a que ustedes se den un minuto como yo lo hice y piensen que tan bien se encuentran respecto a su alimentación primaria, son verdaderamente saludable y que puedo hacer al respecto? Ser saludable no tiene que ver solo con la comida 👆🏼 Tomar acción y preocuparse es el primer paso para llevar un estilo de vida sano-integral y lleno de amor por uno mismo, así que espero que esto les pueda ayudar :) que tengan un lindo jueves ☘️
Everywhere I look, all I see is diet this, 80 day fix, or 21 day cleanse that ✖️🙈... January always opens my eyes to just how LOUD all of these overly restrictive, temporary, fab diets really are 😧. Well, let me help to quit some of that noise.. If you’re restricting your diet of certain foods, such as gluten, dairy, animal products, etc., no matter what ‘diet’ you’re on, make sure you're doing it in a healthy way & makes sense to you - one that emphasizes eating high quality, whole foods, aligns with your personal values + health, & is a lifestyle approach. I personally eat predominately plate-based but don't ever restrict myself. I listen to my body & I enjoy having seafood, poultry, eggs & dairy a few times a week... plus throw in the occasional slice of 🍕 or 🍦 b/c duh, its amazing. 😛The beautiful thing is, there's no all or nothing. My goal is to have a lifestyle diet that allows me to live a healthy, obsessive-free, BALANCED body & life.⚡️ If your on a 'diet' ask yourself are these unrealistic standards long term? Ditch the yo-yo dieting & focus on a sustainable & an overall healthy relationship with food, not a perfect one. 🌱⚡️💚 #rootsreboot #rebootandturnip
